Here’s an old matchbook from John Jawad’s Pioneer Inn, which was located in Downtown Clayton. Before it was John Jawad’s Pioneer Inn, it was named Chubby Humble’s Pioneer Inn.

Chubby Humble’s Pioneer Inn was featured in scenes in Jack Nicholson’s first movie, “The Wild Ride.” (1960).
It’s now the Clayton Community Church.
